Job Description
Duties: Coordinate the care, prevention, and rehabilitation services for student athletes.
Requirements: Master's in Athletic Training , Movement and Leisure Sciences, or related field. 1 year of certified athletic training experience, including experience in each: working with physicians and other healthcare providers as part of an overall sports medicine team; documenting with EMR systems and maintaining student athlete medical files; substance abuse testing protocols (institutional and NCAA); Division I collegiate experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer. Ability to effectively communicate with coaches and administrators. CPR/AED Certified, BOC certification, Idaho Athletic Trainer license. Travels with teams to sporting events, 15 to 20%, West Coast- Rocky Mountain Regions.
