Seasonal Labor Solutions Ltd. is seeking 10 temporary full-time experienced Winter Surfaces Road Testing Technicians to work from 10/1/2026-4/10/2027 in West Yellowstone, MT. Duties: Use snow, ice, and freezing temperatures to produce winter snow conditions on a track for automobile testing. Produce snow and manipulate natural snow with water to replicate various snowy and icy driving conditions on the test track. Build ice surfaces by compacting and manipulating snow. Operate over-the-snow vehicles to move snow and equipment (no license necessary). Perform routine maintenance on snow and ice machines. Over-the-snow vehicles (OSV) may include a tracked 976CC Can-Am Defender Pro utility vehicle (2300 pounds, 82HP) to move equipment to different parts of the test track. Equipment includes hoses, water nozzles and snowmaking nozzles for producing additional snow and spraying asphalt and snow surfaces with water to create ice. OSV also include a Prinoth Husky snow cat (23ft, 231HP 4 cylinder weighing 12,400 pounds) to push snow across test track and compact onto the road surface, and push snow into piles to create berms on the test track. Must have one full month experience as a Winter Surfaces Road Testing Technician. 12am-8am, 6 days per week. Wage dependent on experience. 40 hours at $26.16-50.00/hr depending on experience. 8 hours overtime at $39.24-75.00/hr depending on experience (1 times regular rate). Additional overtime possible but not guaranteed. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid every 2 weeks. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement of these inbound transportation costs will be made by way of a company check payable to the worker upon the completion of 50 percent of the employment period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 6-wk period of the total employment period. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform job. Employer will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker.
