We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team! This isn’t your typical call center job. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive team environment where you can develop valuable skills and build a long-term career.

Schedule
+ Tuesday – Thursday:9AM-6 PM
+ Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Sunday & Monday: OFF
What You’ll Do
+ Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
+ Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
+ Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
+ Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
+ Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
+ Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally
What We’re Looking For
? Positive attitude and strong work ethic
? Coachable and eager to learn
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong time management abilities
? Comfortable using computers and learning new software
? High School Diploma or GED required
? CRM experience is a plus, but not required
