Our mission is to build life-changing solutions, and right now, we’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join our production team. You’ll help produce custom, high-quality components for power wheelchairs in a clean, climate-controlled facility where quality, purpose, and personal growth are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program a HAAS VF3 CNC mill and SL30 lathe to produce precision components

• Use CAM software to generate toolpaths and optimize machining processes

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate production

• Work with materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastics

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools

• Maintain equipment and follow safety and efficiency best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist with strong setup and programming skills

• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls (Haas experience preferred)

• CAD/CAM experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Minimum age: 18

• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-oriented work ethic
