We’re a dedicated team creating innovative products that improve the lives of people with disabilities. Right now, we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our team and learn how to support sales, customer communication, dealer relationships, and marketing efforts for custom power wheelchair products.
This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, professional, creative, and eager to learn. You do not need to already be an expert in medical equipment or power wheelchairs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn both the sales and marketing side of a meaningful business.
Our products help improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for people with disabilities. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build real-world sales and marketing experience while being part of a company that makes a difference.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with customer, dealer, therapist, and medical equipment provider communication by phone and email
Learn how to respond to sales inquiries and provide helpful product information
Help prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and support the sales process
Assist with customer and dealer follow-up to ensure questions are answered promptly
Help maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records
Learn the features, benefits, and applications of custom power wheelchair products
Assist with marketing tasks such as product information, website updates, social media content, brochures, photos, videos, and customer outreach
Help with photography and video projects for products, demonstrations, marketing materials, and social media
Help organize product information, sales materials, and marketing content
Work with office, sales, and production staff to help communicate customer needs clearly
Represent the company in a professional, respectful, and helpful manner
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable speaking with people by phone and email
Willingness to learn technical product information
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
Ability to follow up, stay organized, and complete assigned tasks
Minimum age: 18
Photography and video experience is a plus
Experience with sales, marketing, customer service, healthcare, durable medical equipment, mobility products, or social media is helpful, but not required
