Manager, Manufacturing Solutions and Integration

Location: US-Based (Hybrid/Onsite onsemi location) with global cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Role Summary

The Manager, Manufacturing Solutions and Integration, lead strategic initiatives to elevate Manufacturing Operations Systems (MOS) capabilities globally. This role combines Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture leadership, global team management, and transformation execution , driving standardization, scalability, and next-level operational performance. The leader manages a US-based team and partners extensively with global teams to modernize MOS platforms, align processes, and unlock business value through data-driven operations.
