Location: Aberdeen, Idaho 

Employment Type: Full-time, W2 employee 

Pay: $0.70 - $0.80 per mile — based on experience and CDL status

About the Role

Pratt Farms LLC is hiring a truck driver based out of Aberdeen, Idaho, hauling hay on local and regional routes. This position is open to two kinds of candidates:

• Experienced drivers who already hold a Class A CDL
• Motivated beginners who want to build a driving career — we’ll help you get your CDL through an approved, FMCSA-registered training program, including paid training time and help with Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements

***This is a year-round W2 position with a local company — home every night, no long-haul stretches away from family.***

What You'll Do

• Operate company trucks safely for local and regional hauling
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs
• Load, secure, and unload cargo as needed
• Maintain vehicles with basic upkeep and report mechanical issues
• Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors

What We're Looking For

All candidates:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Reliable, safety-minded
• Able to handle the physical demands of the job
• 21 years of age or older.
• Has or is working toward their CDL Class A with a T endorsement to haul double and triple trailers.

No CDL yet? That's OK.

• We'll train the right person and support you through CDL licensing at an approved program
• Start in a support/non-CDL driving role and move up as you certify
