**Description**Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker to do maintenance and general upkeep for apartment building in Missoula, MT (Burton Street) $22.00 hour plus generous benefits!!What it’s in it for you:- Health and dental insurance- 3 weeks paid time off your first year- Holiday pay- Life insurance- Employee assistance program- Wellness rebate- Education reimbursement- Retirement savings plan (403b)Here’s what you’ll be doing:- Maintain a clean and safe environment- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs- Do all duties related to unit turnovers- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks- Implement required unit and building inspections- Perform routine errands- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work- Answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.Property Caretaker / Maintenance qualifications:- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs- Work independently with minimal supervision.- Effective communicate orally and in writing.- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals- Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
