Franchise Growth & Data Strategy Manager Job Duties:

Data Collection & Analysis

• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data from franchisees nationwide.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales strategies, and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data and presenting the findings in both written and graphical formats.

Strategic Research & Market Positioning

• Conduct research on consumer opinions, employee satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness in the non-medical home care industry.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Seek and provide information to help the organization determine its position in the marketplace and develop new state-by-state expansion strategies.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature to anticipate market shifts and opportunities.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex results into clear written text for executives and franchisees.
• Attend staff conferences and provide proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of services.
• Present findings to franchisor leadership, area representatives, and franchisees, ensuring recommendations are both data-driven and practical.

Leadership & Implementation

• Direct and train survey interviewers or analysts as needed to ensure proper data collection.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising and market penetration needs.
• Lead discussions that align diverse franchise owners on a unified growth strategy.
• Motivate and influence stakeholders to adopt standardized procedures and data-based decision making.

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in position offered or in Business Management, Financial Analytics and Franchise Operations.

Salary: $128,814.00/per year                 

Work Location: 5700 E Franklin Road, Suite 180, Nampa, Idaho 83687; Up to 30% travel for franchise visits, interviews, or presentations in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KT, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
