Please visit our website to see the amazing benefits you will receive by joining our team such as medical (no cost for employee), dental, and vision insurance, loan forgiveness, retirement plan contributions, and generous paid sick and vacation time.DEFINITION:Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating communications and marketing efforts to strengthen Partnership Health Center’s (PHC) brand; increase awareness of services and programs; and advance strategic and financial goals.REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLES OF WORK:ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develops, implements, and evaluates an annual communications and marketing plan in support of PHC’s strategic priorities. Coordinates implementation of the annual plan in partnership with staff and external communications partners.Develops and maintains PHC’s brand standards and ensures consistent branding and messaging across organizational communications.Develops communications that increase awareness of PHC’s services and programs. Leads communications projects from concept through completion.Oversees PHC’s print and digital communications. Ensures content is accurate, timely, accessible, and consistent with PHC’s brand.Plans and implements internal communications that keep staff informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities.Builds and maintains relationships with media, community partners, and other external stakeholders. Supports senior leadership with public messaging and media relations.Develops communications that tell PHC’s story and support fundraising, grant development, advocacy, and community outreach.Measures communications and marketing performance using data and audience feedback. Recommends opportunities for continuous improvement.Manages relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors to support communications and marketing projects. OTHER DUTIES:Performs related work as required or directed.SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general direction of the Impact and Development Director.SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Coordinates the work of external contractors, consultants, and vendors.
