• Being a self-starter and able to work with coworker(s).
• Self-manage work being performed and provide a safe environment for those working with and around the project site.
• Must be on time and reliable with regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty.
• Follow all safety protocols for fall protection.
Qualifications
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Ability to learn various roofing materials and installation techniques
• Carry 35-80 lbs. frequently
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to use power tools
