Looking to hire a full-time JW in Boise/McCall area.
Westside Electric Company, LLC is seeking a JW to manage and execute assigned electrical projects efficiently and safely. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in residential and commercial electrical installations, aligning with the National Electrical Codes and ensuring project completion with precision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee and perform electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with codes. • Lead and mentor apprentices, ensuring quality work and effective learning. • Maintain clean and organized job sites. • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. • Manage tools and vehicles necessary for various projects. • Communicate effectively with team members and clients. The ideal candidate should possess: • Valid State of Idaho electrician's license (or ability to obtain one). • Minimum of one year residential wiring experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building construction, and maintenance. • Physical ability to handle demanding tasks including lifting over 50 lbs and climbing. • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. • Drivers License and possess necessary hand tools.
