Job Description
Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up care, including age and specialty appropriate medical care at the level of training achieved. Provides quality of care through continuity and coordination of care from other providers and community resources.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Idaho.
- Current BLS certification required
- Current DEA certificate without restriction
- Controlled Substance Certificate from the Board of Pharmacy.
- Current ACLS certification is preferred.
- Must maintain medical staff privileges with Syringa Hospital as approved by the medical staff and board of trusties
