Electro Polisher Technician Missoula, MTA Missoula manufacturing and assembly company is looking to add an Electro Polisher Technician to their fun and successful team. This role requires strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining production schedules. We are looking for candidates that are dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.Why You Want This Position:Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Starting Wage: $19/hour Benefits for eligible employees: Health, Dental and Vision insurance (employee paid) Short term disability Long term disability (employee paid) Life insurance Flexible spending accounting (employee paid) Dependent care spending account (employee paid) 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on Verizon and Sprint cell phone plans. 2 weeks vacation first year 11 paid holidaysEssential Functions and Duties: Clean, prepare, and refinish metal parts for surface finishing processes Perform stainless steel polishing and finishing on raw and chrome-like surfaces Operate power tools, including sanders, grinders, drills, and buffers Load, rack, and transfer parts throughout the production process Perform minor repairs and follow detailed work instructions Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety proceduresQualifications: Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or production setting Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with a team Self-motivated with strong integrity and the ability to work independently after training Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 to 70 lbs on a regular basis Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screeningCall or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-914841930
