Job Description

Here at Pioneer Carpet One Floor and Home, the sales representative assistant will earn customers' trust as the design expert by educating and partnering with the sales representatives and customers. Your expertise and extensive knowledge of the flooring industry coupled with your customers service brilliance will guarantee that you are the go to person when someone thinks of flooring. What you will be doing:

• Assisting Customers with flooring choices - explaining the features and benefits of various types of flooring alongside the sales representative.
• Helping customers with their choice through decorating and design advice
• Keeping up-to-date on the wide selection of floors we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each.
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Writing sales orders
• Networking regularly and working effectively with other store employees
• Receiving payment or obtain credit authorization
• Using the computer database to research the availability of merchandise and to process orders
• Following up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns.
• Prospecting for new business.
