Position: RN / LPN -PRN

Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a nurse to provide routine care and support to residents in their Long Term Care unit in Sanders County. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Medication & Treatment Administration:Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following approved nursing techniques within scope of practice, and notify providers as needed.

+ Documentation:Accurately document patient care in health records.

+ Patient Education:Develop and participate in the implementation of individualized education plans for residents and their families.

+ Care Plan Management:Create and manage care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

+ Competency & Standards:Demonstrate nursing competencies and adhere to relevant infection control standards.

+ Quality Assurance:Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

+ Supervision:Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) as applicable.

+ Team Communication:Communicate clinical information professionally to team members.

Qualifications:

+ Education:Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

+ Licensure:Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.

+ Experience:Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred, or equivalent training and experience.

+ Skills:Strong cognitive skills related to nursing care.
