Job Description

Our client, a property management organization, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be part of the property management support team, assisting with leasing operations and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Leasing Agent

Location: Coeur d’Alene, ID

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What’s the Job?

+ Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants

+ Managing leasing processes, including applications and documentation

+ Maintaining organized filing systems for tenant and property records

+ Assisting the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks

+ Supporting leasing activities to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and retention

What’s Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
