HIRING NOW!!! CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator

Job Duties:

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes for production and prototype parts.

+ Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and machine adjustments.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents.

+ Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.

+ Troubleshoot machining and production issues.

+ Meet production cycle times while maintaining accuracy.

+ Pre-stage materials and support efficient production flow.

+ Follow safety procedures and work instructions.

+ Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

+ CNC Lathe Set-Up experience required.

+ CNC Machining Certificate or 3+ years of machine shop experience preferred.

+ Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

+ Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

+ Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Must have a basic set of personal tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $27.00/hr.
