MBLP Hotel Owner, LLC D/B/A One & Only Moonlight Basin located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks 29 full-time, temporary F&B Attendants. Job Duties: F&B Attendant will be responsible for offering exceptional service to our guests in our dining restaurants, banquet venues, lobby lounge, and other guest food and beverage venues. Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings. Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls. Make Dining reservations and maintain electronic data. Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages. Greet and communicate to patrons, provide menus, take orders, enter orders in the POS systems, cash handling and proper sales documenting, maintain stock of foods and drinks, and maintain a professional demeanor and always complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. May be required to take alcoholic drink orders, mix and serve drinks to patrons. Set and clear tables for service, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. May include some outdoor venue service and pool service such as serving, food running or other roles associated with outdoor F&B operation. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, must be able to walk and stand through the duration of shift, must be able to lift and carry a service tray complete with dishes, must provide great guest service and a hospitality attitude, follow directives and guidance from leadership, and must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and communicate in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings. Three months of food service experience is required (luxury experience is preferred). Travel is not required. Daily Transportation is provided. On-the-job training is provided. Wage: Wage: Tipped position with a base wage of $12.50 per hour with a guaranteed wage of $18.01. Over time is available at 27.02 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given work week when total compensation (including tips) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate. Work hours: At least 35 hours per week. The work schedule may vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work is performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Shifts vary (example shifts: 6:00am – 2:30pm, 7am – 3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:00am-6:30pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm, 3pm-12am, 4:00pm-1:00am, 7:00pm-7:00am.). Employer uses a Sunday – Saturday workweek as the standard for computing wages due. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Opportunity for merit increases and bonuses based on company policies. Services charges may be available. Optional housing is offered to workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $162.00-$184.00 per bi-weekly pay period If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $600.00 security deposit is paid to the employer which will be deducted from paychecks in equal installments of $200.00. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
