Job Description
Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING 3 Mill Operators in Gooding, Idaho
4 days on 3 days off
Day shifts $20.00 p/h
Night Shift $22.00
40+ hours a week
Duties:
1. Conduct various production activities for high volume Feed Mill
2. Operation of skid steers, loaders, forklifts, bulk mixing systems and track-mobiles
3. Loading and unloading trucks and rail cars
4. Actively participate in housekeeping efforts
5. Drive production to meet established goals
6. Monitor inventory levels
7. Perform all duties with a safety-first mindset
8. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Perform tasks with sound judgement to overcome challenges
2. Work safely while exposed to moving mechanical parts
3. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
4. Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
5. Pass a background check/Be drug free
6. Must have at least GED or High School Diploma
