Job Description
Duties
- Monitor computer systems to ensure pumps are properly transferring manure into tanks for methane production
- Operate valves, pumps, and compressors
- Assist with maintenance, including disassembling and reassembling pumps
- Inspect tanks using elevated lift equipment
- Support safe and compliant plant operations at all times
- Work closely with management to improve plant performance and efficiency
- Monitor and operate anaerobic digester systems, manure feedstock preparation, RNG upgrader, and supporting equipment
- Perform process adjustments, maintenance checks, and operational analysis
- Conduct basic lab work and record process data for decision-making
- Prepare weekly production and performance reports for management
- Maintain inventory and assist with spare parts and supply management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
