Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Manager to support our newly awarded FEMA contract team. This position will be located within the United States and will be a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

+ Lead a project management team responsible to manage all task areas

+ Provide hands-on management for one or more task areas and associated staff resources

+ Manage project scope, schedule, financials, quality, risk, and deliverables using support from the project management team

+ Lead process improvement initiatives to continually improve team performance

+ Champion innovative methods of working to achieve FEMA objectives

+ Conduct project meetings, track team performance, and provide reporting

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s with 15+ years of IT Program Management experience (or commensurate experience)

+ Demonstrated experience leading a project involving significant graphics, audio/video, and/or multimedia development

+ Possess a PMI-PMP certification

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with client leadership and stakeholders

+ Clearance Required: US Citizenship is required to attain and maintain a FEMA Public Trust

Posted Salary Range

USD $175,000.00 – USD $200,000.00 /Yr.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
