The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn a variety of manufacturing processes within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Why You Want This Position:Wage: $18/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through FridayGain valuable experience working on a variety of projectsFun and casual company environment with regular employee events during work, like company BBQs, pizza days, birthday celebrations, and moreEssential Functions and Duties:Shape, grind, sharpen, and assemble metal tips and components to meet precise specificationsOperate production equipment including presses, assembly machines, tumblers, ovens, and numbering machines to complete manufacturing tasksWash, sort, hand-polish, and prepare instrument parts using designated wash stationsPerform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality of finished partsRotate between workstations and adapt to varying tasks based on production needs and product modelsLearn product lines, quality procedures, and regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA requirementsQualifications:Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and quality standardsStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed workAbility to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manualsProblem-solving skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt to processesTeam-oriented mindset with clear communication and a focus on continuous improvementCommitment to accuracy, safety, and proper use of tools, equipment, and materialsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningCall or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-914842112
