Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team producing advanced thermoplastic composite materials for the aerospace industry. This role involves operating welding equipment, performing repetitive production tasks, and maintaining quality standards in a clean, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a fixed-track welding iron to weld composite materials into rolls
+ Perform weld touch-ups and repairs using a handheld iron
+ Monitor product quality and inspect for defects
+ Perform assembly, packaging, material handling, and general production duties
+ Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
+ Safely operate hand tools and production equipment
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Work independently while supporting team production objectives
Requirements
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and perform repetitive hand movements
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
