Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CENTER LEVEL)
Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
- Knowledge of customer service and ability to provide general clerical services to center staff
- e.: copying, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing reports, correspondence, and mailings
- Knowledge of basic filing, photocopying, inventory methods and procedures
- Distribute newsletters, documents, and brochures
- Enter data into central computer database, update files, and assist in recording/record keeping
- Greet the public, answer phones, receive and store inventory, run errands, purchase supplies
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
- Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices
Qualifications
- Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- One or more years clerical experience
- Current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Must pass physical examination
- Must pass background checks (State and H&W), including state day care clearance
- Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
- Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
- Preferred
- Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
Required Physical Demands
- Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

LEAVE:
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
