WorkSteer is now hiring Concrete Laborers in the Magic Valley area. If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to be part of a solid crew, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work.
Job Duties:

Assist with concrete pours, forming, finishing, and site prep

Set up and break down forms and molds

Operate hand and power tools

Clean up job sites and assist crew as needed

Follow safety procedures and work as a team
What You Bring:

Previous construction or concrete experience preferred.

Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day

Team player attitude and good communication skills
Pay & Perks:
