Pay: $15–$20 per hour

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Boise. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

• Answer customer calls and respond to questions professionally

• Assist customers with orders, accounts, scheduling, and general inquiries

• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions

• Enter and maintain accurate customer information

• Communicate with internal team members to resolve issues

• Follow up with customers as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional and friendly attitude

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
