Milker – Day/Night Shifts

We are seeking a reliable milker to join our team. This position rotates monthly between day and night shifts, with shifts starting at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM and averaging 8–10 hours. Pay is per shift, starting at $130 per shift, with an additional $7 night shift differential.

Responsibilities include:

• Milking cows in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner

• Preparing cows and equipment for milking

• Monitoring animal health and reporting concerns

• Cleaning and maintaining the milking parlor and equipment

• Following farm safety, hygiene, and animal welfare standards

Milking experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working flexible hours. Opportunity for additional hours working outside the barn.
