Location: Hayden, Idaho
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE + Overtime Opportunities
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing scaffold and shoring company based in Hayden, Idaho, serving commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the region.

We're looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn a skilled trade, work with a strong team, and build a long-term career in construction. Scaffold and shoring work is physically demanding and fast-paced, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of their work at the end of the day.

Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

• Erect and dismantle scaffold systems
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Work safely on commercial construction job sites
• Assist lead installers and foremen
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Travel to local job sites as needed

• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, moving, warehouse, farming, or other labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work well as part of a team
