HEG Crew Leader

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

The primary mission of this job is to lead the Heavy Equipment Group workforce in safe and efficient execution of manufacturing work to meet the needs of the plant. This position also provides general maintenance services consistent with the skill and ability of the individual. The scope of this role is local at the Soda Springs, Idaho facility and specifically the Heavy Equipment Group. This will be on 12 hour rotating shifts.

+ Direct and execute work in the Heavy Equipment Group area.

+ Direct and perform non-routine operating tasks during upset conditions.

+ Assist in the training and development of HEG Level I, Level II, and Level III OMEs.

+ Work as scheduled to direct and execute maintenance work throughout the plant.

+ Assist with shutdown work when scheduled to do so.

+ Work as scheduled to relieve HEG Manufacturing Crew Supervisors.

+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

Required Qualifications:

+ Must be certified as Heavy Equipment Group OME Level I, II, or III at the Soda Springs, Idaho Facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Possess certified maintenance skills and maintenance experience in HEG.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead people in performing work.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of 47.07 per hour . Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
