Requirements:
Pass State/National Background Check
Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance

- Light Housekeeping (vacuum, sweep/mop, dusting, washing dishes, laundry, clean bathroom)
- Shower Aide (assist/standby)
- Transport (shopping, appointments, errands, etc)
- Medication Reminders
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and applicable regulations.
- Assist with safe transfers, walking, and use of mobility equipment.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Respect client privacy, personal preferences, cultural practices, and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other members of the care team.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan in WellSky and all applicable safety procedures.
