- Develop financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and forecasting expenditures, develop strategies to drive sales and profitability, and conduct detailed weekly/monthly reviews of the stores’ income statements.
- Manage inventory levels and make key decisions about inventory control.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning and achievement of budget.
