Job Description

Blazin Saunas is seeking a dependable, hardworking Sauna Builder / Production Carpenter to help manufacture premium cedar sauna kits in our East Idaho shop. This is a hands-on production position involving woodworking, assembly, sanding, quality control, and packaging.

Carpentry, woodworking, construction, cabinet-shop, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble sauna kits and components according to build sheets, measurements, and quality standards.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, sand, shape, and assemble cedar and other wood components.
• Construct sauna walls, benches, floors, trim, doors, roof components, and packaging materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, impact drivers, routers, sanders, and nail guns.
• Inspect completed components for correct dimensions, fit, finish, and overall quality.
• Organize all necessary components for complete sauna kits.
• Package and crate finished kits for shipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, inventory, and material handling.
• Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow production schedules and report missing materials, defects, or build problems.
• Work efficiently with other team members to complete orders accurately and on time.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required protective equipment.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Able to accurately read a tape measure and follow written measurements, drawings, and build instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, productive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently after receiving training and contribute as part of a team.
• Able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds with appropriate assistance.
• Carpentry, woodworking, construction, cabinet-shop, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, catches mistakes before they become larger problems, and wants to grow with Blazin Saunas. This is an in-person, day-shift position in a fast-paced production environment.
