Room Attendant at Spanish Peaks Mountain ClubStart Date: December 1, 2026End Date: April 14, 2027Spanish Peaks Mountain Club LLC, located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks six (6) full-time, temporary Room Attendants who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rental properties, private member properties, clubhouse rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the employer’s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing interior windows using a cloth and cleaning spray. Will report directly to the Director of Housekeeping at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club.Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer’s expense. All worksites located on property in Big Sky, Montana in either Gallatin or Madison County, as Spanish Peaks Mountain Club crosses both county lines. Travel throughout this area is required. Transportation between worksites is provided.Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided.On-the-job training is provided. Service-charge eligible position with guaranteed wage of $19.79 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $29.69 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including service charges) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate. Employee may be eligible for any seasonal bonus incentives, including a free ski pass or $650.00 end of season bonus.Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am – 1:00pm or 8:00am – 3:00pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $500.00 – $1,200.00 per month. Spanish Peaks Mountain Club uses an online portal, StarRez, for housing. Employees will be required to sign up for an account and make all of their payments via debit, credit, or ACH online. A small service fee is included with each non-ACH transaction (approximately 3.5% of the transaction amount for a credit card and a $7.95 fee per transaction for a debit card). A $250.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required, which will be paid via the StarRez portal prior to moving in. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to 401k and seasonal health plan (associates become eligible the 1st of the month following their first 30 days of employment). If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
