Truss LaborerLocation: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18.00/HR - OT eligible
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (Summer hours)
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Truss Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production team in Lewiston, Idaho. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, physical labor, and working in a team-oriented environment.
As a Truss Laborer, you'll assist with the assembly and packaging of roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, general labor, or other physically demanding work environments.

Key Responsibilities- Assemble and pack trusses using hand and power tools
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs independently; team lift materials over 50 lbs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Stand and walk for full shifts
- Follow all PPE requirements and workplace safety protocols
- Safety-first mindset and strong physical stamina
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive environment preferred
- Dependable, punctual, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a production, manufacturing, or construction-related environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced work environment
