Fulfillment Team MemberMissoula, MTA well-established wholesale distribution company, serving customers across the Northwest for decades, is hiring a Fulfillment Team Member. This position involves working closely with team members to pick and pack orders, wrap products securely, load trucks for delivery, and perform final checks to confirm order accuracy. It’s a hands-on role that supports the company’s commitment to reliable service and on-time delivery.Wage: $18/hour + bonuses based on individual and team performanceSchedule: Sunday through Thursday – 12 pm (noon) until the shift is completeBenefits for eligible employees: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) and bonus programsEssential Functions and Duties:Read work orders and use scanners or verbal instructions to determine assignmentsPick, tag, wrap, and prepare orders for deliveryLoad and secure freight using proper equipment and safety protocolsVerify documentation for accuracy before transportReceive and stock incoming shipmentsOperate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, and wrapping machines (if certified)Qualifications:Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to pass pre-employment background and drug screeningsCall or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-914842127
