About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Tankwagon Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering petroleum products to customers using a tankwagon truck. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to customer service.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a tankwagon truck to deliver fuel to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.Load and unload petroleum products in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.Maintain a clean, well-serviced vehicle at all times.Prepare accurate invoices, including pricing and tax detailsPerform plant maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor.Maintain knowledge of company products and services.Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety guidelines.Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.Complete additional duties and projects assigned.
Skills & Experience
Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsements requiredAbility to drive in all seasons and weather conditions.Clean driving record.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Strong communication and customer service skills.Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background checks and a road test.
