Job Description
The Idaho County Assessor’s Office is seeking a qualified applicant to join our team as a full-time Appraiser! Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour DOE, plus benefits, schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and weekends & Holidays: Off
Position Overview
The Appraiser will perform routine appraisals of real and personal property throughout Idaho County to determine market value for property tax purposes. No prior appraisal experience is required — we provide the training!
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of mathematics
- Basic computer skills
- Current Idaho driver’s license
