Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician to join our team in Fairfield, Idaho. This is a hands-on position suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality and safety.

The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently and with a team, and is comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical tasks. Previous experience in a technician, mechanical, equipment, construction, or industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical and equipment-related work

• Assist with installation, maintenance, service, and repair activities

• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Troubleshoot problems and assist with identifying solutions

• Follow established procedures and safety requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently

• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors

• Learn company processes, equipment, and technical procedures

Qualifications

• Previous technician, mechanical, equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently when required

• Class 1 driver's license is preferred

• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment
