Job Description
Pay and schedule: Starting at $22/hour or more, depending on experience. Day shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Work four 10-hour shifts and enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
What you’ll do:
Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to prepare jobs and materials
Select the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods for each project
Set up components according to job specifications
Verify measurements before cutting and bending materials to reduce waste
Weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality and integrity
Use power and hand tools to hammer, grind, and polish materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other related duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
Strong welding skills
Ability to accurately read measurements, parts lists, blueprints, and sketches
Ability to weld horizontally, vertically, and overhead
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screening
