Medical Administrative AssistantLocation: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/HR DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Admin Assistant to support a busy healthcare team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and providing administrative support in a professional medical environment.
If you have strong computer skills, enjoy working with documents and data, and can effectively communicate with patients, staff, and vendors by phone and email, we'd love to hear from you.
Must-Haves- Strong administrative and filing skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Print, scan, file, and organize documents
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain filing systems and documentation
- Utilize office software and equipment efficiently
- Support daily office operations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with basic office software and equipment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Administrative assistant experience

- Healthcare, medical office, or professional office experience preferred
- Light lifting as needed
