Essential Functions and Duties:
Prepare customer orders by accurately pulling, staging, loading, and unloading materials for pickup or delivery
Safely operate forklifts and other equipment while maintaining equipment to company standards
Complete pre-trip inspections and verify paperwork, materials, and loads for accuracy
Secure materials and equipment on trucks and safely deliver products to designated job-site locations
Maintain an organized warehouse, accurate inventory, proper bin locations, and minimize material damage
Provide professional customer service while communicating effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of warehouse, delivery, construction, or related experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, multitask, and use sound judgment
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while taking initiative and following through
Strong commitment to safety, integrity, teamwork, and providing excellent customer service
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing and moving for extended periods, operating warehouse equipment, and lifting/moving materials weighing up to 75 to 100 lbs
