Guest Services & Café Associate — 1906 Brews and Hammer Down River Excursions

White Bird, Idaho | Part-time or full-time | $13-16/hour plus tips

1906 Brews and Hammer Down River Excursions are looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Services & Café Associate to welcome river-trip guests and serve customers at our café and gathering place in White Bird.

This is a varied, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys hospitality, small-town community, outdoor tourism, and helping people have a great experience.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Check in guests arriving for river excursions

• Review and collect required trip waivers

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages

• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails in accordance with Idaho requirements

• Sell merchandise and beverages

• Heat and serve prepared breakfast items

• Answer phones and respond to basic customer questions

• Help with reservations, guest information, and light office administration

• Keep the café and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming

• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and event preparation

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers

• Available for some mornings, weekends, and busy tourism-season shifts

• Able to use a point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately

• Organized and comfortable completing paperwork and computer-based tasks

• Able to work independently after training

• Food-service, coffee, hospitality, office, or tourism experience is helpful but not required

• Must meet Idaho requirements for serving alcohol
