Job Description
Description: Job Duties:- Operate knives and fleshing equipment to remove meat, fat, and tissue from animal hides.
- Inspect hides for quality and properly prepare and clean them for the next stage of processing.
- Safely operate and maintain processing equipment.
- Follow established production, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Handle hides and materials safely throughout the processing operation.
- Identify and report equipment problems or product-quality issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
