Job Description

Remove and dispose of materials affected by water, fire, smoke, or other property damage, including drywall, insulation, flooring, carpet, pad, cabinetry, and other building materials.

Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.

Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and general job-site cleanup.

Assist with fire and smoke cleaning and deodorization.

Follow proper containment, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.

Take photos and assist with documenting work performed at each job site.

Protect customers' homes, businesses, belongings, and unaffected areas while work is being performed.

Load, unload, maintain, and organize company equipment, vehicles, and supplies.

Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and other parties on site.

Follow instructions from project managers, supervisors, and crew leaders.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-
Perform other restoration-related duties as assigned.
