1. Job Description
   Child care aides work to assist with daily caregiving, supervision, and early learning activities. You help children grow socially and emotionally while maintaining a clean and safe space.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Watch children constantly during indoor play, outdoor to ensure safety.

Daily Care:

Assist with feeding, snack preparation, bathroom routines, and diaper changing.

Activities:

Help lead arts, crafts, storytelling, and recreational games.

Classroom Support:

Organize supplies, tidy play areas, and help manage daily schedules.

Communication:

Greet parents and report any behavioral or health concerns to lead teachers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Certifications:

Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.

Background Check:

Clear criminal record and fingerprint screening.

Skills:

*Patience, empathy, physical stamina, and strong communication skills. Must be able to get down to the children’s level and play with them.

Hours per week will vary depending on need. This can be discussed during interview.
