Titania Crew LTD, located at 575 E Isle Street, Isle, MN 56342, phone number: +1 406 580 4190, is seeking 9 temporary full-time Laundry Workers to work at Jack Creek Road, Big Sky, MT 59716, from December 20, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Sort soiled linens, towels, and uniforms by type and level of soil. Load/unload commercial washers and dryers. Operate basic laundry equipment (washers, dryers, folding machines). Fold, stack, and organize clean linens and towels. Inspect linens for stains or damage and separate items requiring rewash or disposal. Maintain orderly storage of clean laundry and deliver to designated areas. Clean laundry area and maintain washing/drying machines by wiping down and clearing lint filters. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Requirements

No prior education is needed; No experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. Some weekend work required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods; Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently; Work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.

Salary/Wages/Benefits

$18.86 an hour weekly, or approximately 40 hours per week, up to 10 overtime hours may be offered, however are not guaranteed. From Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. Applicants may be offered more than advertised. The wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit. $28.29/hr for overtime. All deductions from the worker’s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay weekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee.

Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer provided housing (cost TBD). Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to the worksite.

In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.78/day to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
