Schedule

Monday – Saturday

Typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a little variation

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Load heavy hides onto flesher machines and monitor equipment to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
Scraping & Trimming: Remove excess flesh, fat, and tissue from raw hides to prevent spoilage and maintain quality standards.
Quality Control: Inspect processed hides to ensure they meet production specifications and quality expectations.
Sanitation & Maintenance: Clean work areas regularly, sanitize equipment, and assist with routine machinery maintenance such as blade changes and lubrication.
Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and workplace hygiene standards.
