Gem State Staffing is hiring a dependable and motivated Restaurant Shift Manager for a restaurant in Shoshone, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant, food service, customer service, or team leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Shift Manager will oversee front-of-house operations during breakfast and lunch, help ensure excellent customer service, supervise a team of 4–5 employees, and assist with daily restaurant operations. Previous restaurant management experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay based on experience, plus tips, with the opportunity for long-term employment.
