Job Description
We are looking for someone interested in starting a career in Window Installation. We need someone who can carry big, heavy windows and is comfortable working on ladders and rooftops. We work from site to site, so it depends upon the individual job as to when our workday will end. Also, we work out-of-town, overnight with some regularity, so it is mandatory that you have a flexible enough schedule to accommodate occasional later evenings and regular overnights. We work in peoples homes, where they have taken time off of work, removed blinds, moved furniture, made various arrangements, so we cannot have anyone who calls-in sick or can't come because of childcare, or some other agenda. While we understand those things, we cannot have peoples homes opened-up and schedules disrupted because of a cold or a mental health day. Alternate, last-minute childcare facilities are available, even if the kids are sick. Must have your own reliable transportation. No experience necessary; we do on-the-job training. We seek to mentor someone to become one of our crew foremen. Showing up to work everyday, on time, with the willingness and desire to learn is required. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. plus repetitively throughout the day. Must have reliable transportation, as we work at a different jobsite everyday.
